Rimmel London Lasting Finish Pro Stiletto Red is a perfect cherry red creme. Usually reds are either blue based or orange based and it's easy to tell which is which. This one was harder, though because depending on what you're wearing with it, it can look to be either one. As with most of the Rimmel Pro polishes I have, which is one of my favorite lines, by the way, the application was perfect. Not too thin and not too thick and their wide brush is my favorite.

After wearing this one a few days, I decided to try out my other new drug store polish. I am not really into glitters because, well...I'm lazy and removal is a pain. So for less than $2.00 (unlike the Deborah Lippmann polish it's trying to copy) I gave it a whirl.
Wet n Wild Behind Closed Doors - application wasn't the best because it's a thick base (I am assuming to keep the glitter suspended) and I am just not used to that, but it didn't look bad!
Shown here layered over Rimmel Stiletto Red. This was about one and a half coats. LOL! One coat, plus me messing with it a little to make sure I got some of the larger glitter pieces spread fairly evenly on each nail because I'm weird like that.

As predicted, the removal was a PITA. But I'll probably keep it in my stash just in case I forget about that part and decide to wear it again.
