Keeping the normal verbosity to a minimum, I'll just say that it went on smoothly - very creamy formula. Opaque in one coat. Smoky/dusty purple with multi-sized gold flecks. I used two coats as usual and photos are with no top coat or clean-up. I don't have OPI Peel Me a Gobi Grape to show you a comparison, but I believe this one to be lighter, dustier and have slightly larger gold flecks. Of course nothing is like seeing them side-by side, so that's just conjecture on my part.
