The jelly base of Seduction might be a bit more red purple than Clairvoyant which is a blue-purple. Clairvoyant appears to have more green flakes and the gold/orange flakes are more gold than in Seduction.
Over Zoya Carly, the differences are quite noticeable but over black, they're REALLY REALLY close.

Seduction is available right now as a limited edition. Clairvoyant is already discontinued. So for those of you who missed out, I do think this is a great substitute.
