Dandy Nails Eager Eyes - Swatches and Review

Tonight I have Dandy Nails Eager Eyes to show you. I did some teaser pics in my preview of all 4 of the new Dandy Nails colors here. 


Eager Eyes is a blue polish with holographic particles scattered throughout. Application and formula were perfect and I used two coats for opacity.
