Dior Glacier (191) is a limited edition nail polish that was released in the Asia Exclusive Icy Halos Collection for 2012. Dior describes it as "a misty blue as delicate as a cloud" and they pegged it!

Yep, nailed it!
Glacier isn't what I would call a duochrome, but it certainly has a sort of shift to it. When the light hits it, the shimmer really gives it a special shine. Sometimes it appears almost white and other times, the blue really stands out. Application was good and I didn't get the streaks I was expecting! I've used two coats here with no top coat.

It's not one of the best colors for my skin-tone because I tend to get a "dirty hands" look from it, but the color is so special and lovely that I will definitely be wearing it often.
What do you think?
I'm not sure where this can be purchased other than Asia, since it's an Asia Exclusive AND a Limited Edition. But if you can get your hands on it, I definitely recommend it!
