Polish – the final frontier!

My first collection ‘The Original Series Collection’ – pays homage to a near and dear old television show I can recall watching with my Dad. At an early age – my love of sci-fi and all things space related began with late night viewings of this particular show. New life, new civilizations, new worlds, etc – how could anyone not be enthralled?!

The Original Series C

ollection contains all the essential characters that are reminiscent of the show –

First up – “The Captain” – gold in color and bold and daring! No female shall resist! I.believe.we.have.an.excellent

.leader.here!

Next – we know a ship can not be expected to run without – “The Engineer” – red in color and on the alert! Never will there be ‘not enough power’ with this polish! Don’t worry though, it will always leave it’s phasers on ‘stun’!

One can never leave home without the next character – “The Doctor” – blue is the color here to heal all your wounds and suffering! Precise and knowledgeable – this polish will always be sure to please. (Please note – “I’m a polish, not a doctor!” – haha)

And of course – last, but certainly, not least – we have “The Temptress” – green is the color of her skin – but she still is lovely and seductive! The more you see of her – the more she shall lull you into her alluring shimmer and shine – till you shall no longer be able to resist!

I hope you love and enjoy this entire ‘crew’ as much as I do. All colors have been hand-mixed and lovingly created by me. Each ‘color’ contains 5 to 7 different glitters – ranging from ultra fine to large in size. Some contain additional pigments and micas to create the final effect. An ingredients list can be found in the ‘About’ section of my page. All polish is “3-Free” and Cruelty Free! ♥ ♥ ♥

Formula: I actually had no issues with formula at all. I'm so thankful that the last few indies I've reviewed have really been outstanding in this respect. I layered The Captain over several different colors so you could see and the other three are worn alone - no underwear necessary!  Application was easy and smooth on all four and there was no digging for glitter pieces or special application necessary. I don't think you will see anything that looks like curling glitter, but if you do, I can assure you it's a trick of the light. There were no curling glitters at all. Everything laid perfectly smooth and I used one coat of Gelous over each polish for a smooth feel.

First up, The Captain. I will tell you in the photo captions what I've layered it over for each photo. Two coats of The Captain with one coat of Gelous.
