Ciao Milano is a color-shifting glitter polish. Sort of. I say glitter because it's really packed with glitter but it's not a chunky glitter. The color shifts in this one are amazing and as usual I wasn't able to capture ALL of them, but I think the photos are a good representation. I applied 2 coats of this one over one coat of a plain black creme. Formula and application were great. No issues. I used one coat of Gelous which made it totally smooth to the touch. This polish can be worn alone, but I prefer fully opaque. I estimate 3 - 4 coats if wearing alone. I think the black really gives it a platform to let it POP!

What do you think of this one? I saw mainly purple and blue with green and gold and even fuchsia!
