All Shimmer Polishes have names that come from the creator, Cindy's, own life.
Starting it off is Stephanie. It's blingtastic for sure. I can't even attempt to pick out which glitters make up this one. Basically, when you wear it on its own, it reads as a blue glitter polish.
This is two coats over a nail wheel with no base color.

This would be opaque on the nail in 2 to 3 coats but I almost always layer. Everything. So I've layered one coat over Nails Inc. Bow Street. I had NO issues at all. Everything went on smoothly and easily and the glitters distributed evenly. No dabbing. All glitters laid perfectly flat on the nail and I used one coat of Gelous to finish it up.
