Back again! This time I have a new-to-me indie to show you: Blue Sterling from Wonder Beauty Products!
Blue Sterling is a blue-based grey linear holo polish and was opaque in two coats. I had no issues with formula or application and didn't use a special base or a top coat for the photos.
