Many congrats! I won one of your first giveaways and am so happy you are still posting and swatching 2 years later.
ReplyDeleteI posted my congrats before I entered the contest >.< I read Beach Time! . I have 3 dogs so I am a sucker for anything canine related.
DeleteI read Dog in the Drink...with Barnacles
ReplyDeleteOh puppies! I'm snuggling mine now. He thinks he's a lapdog... but he's wayy too big. Oh well.
Congratulations on 2 years and thank you for such an awesome giveaway! I have real all of those posts and while I love the funny ones, Quilted Toilet Paper really touches my heart. ♥
ReplyDeleteCongrats on 2 years!! I read the Basset Buddies Rescue, Inc. post. Such cute dogs!
ReplyDeleteit lead me to your favourites and there i saw your post about moroccan argan oil hair cream!! wow your hair is soo curly and amazing! sucks that product didn't work out as you hoped, maybe you need more..? i have frizzy hair and it turns into a rat's nest at the end of the day :(

Congratulations on two years of nail blogging! I completely love your blog, and your swatches often give me new wishlist polishes to long for. I'm lemming for quite a few polishes in this giveaway, especially Elevation Polish Toubkal and those Ninja Polish lacquers.
ReplyDeleteI read your general post about Amy and Rory's goodbye on Doctor Who. I'm only up to Season 4 of the DW revival myself, but I'm on tumblr and thus absorbed a lot of info about The Angels Take Manhattan via osmosis. Christopher Eccleston's Doctor is my favourite out of him and Tennant - probably due to tumblr's over-the-top obsession with Tennant as much as my dislike for the character!
Anyway, happy blogiversary again, and good luck for all the blogging to come!
- Alicea
I read the Basset Buddies Rescue, Inc. Loveeee it!! Thanks so much for the giveaway!!
ReplyDeleteI read "The Older I Get..." -- as you say, it's sensible to listen to feedback. And, sometimes, depending on the product, the splurge proves to be worth it from a mental health perspective, and that's a significant. I just splashed out on Bliss' Peeling Groovy and it's proving to be worth every penny!
ReplyDeleteCongratulations on 2 years! That is awesome! I read your post on the quilted toilet paper...and feel the same way as you. very well put. Thank you for what you do! Love your blog!
ReplyDeleteI read "Dog in the Drink...with Barnacles".
ReplyDeleteI'm glad that you both got out in the end!
Congratulations! Guess this proves your blog is not so pointless ;)
ReplyDeleteCONGRATULATIONS!!!!! And honestly, I read the article Two-Year Blogaversary... But, for good measure I read Valentine's Day, Dodge Ball and Life..., and I agree that you really need to be vocal, and not expect your significant other to read minds. Appreciate the little things, and the big things like a TWO-YEAR blogaversary!
ReplyDeleteHappy Blogaversary! I read Valentine's Day, Dodge Ball, and Life...
ReplyDeleteThank Goodness for Quilted Toilet Paper, but really I like so many of them. I related to several!
ReplyDeleteI read the Basset Buddies Rescue, Inc post and commented on it there lol. But again your dogs are sooo cute. They all look very happy! Congrats on your Blogaversary and I hope you have many more :)
ReplyDeleteSah-WEET giveaway, thank you! And congrats on the blogiversary :-) I've read many of your posts, but for the extra entry, I checked out your post on Jindie Nails Princess Bubblegum. They are my fave untried so far.
ReplyDeleteHappy anniversary. I read the quilted toilet paper post :-)
ReplyDeleteI usually read all of your non polish posts! :) There's a lot of good ones, always an interesting read. Most recently I read "The Older I Get..."
ReplyDeleteMusic stirs my soul. Number one u can learn to play piano well at any age! Two you fan sing and play piano at any age. You do not have to be amazing. You just have to like the song! Lol! But I weep when my daughter sings. Cannot believe that voice is from my.child. Check out Carrie Underwood How Great Thou Art. You can probably see it on you tube. Even she new it was "out of this world" when she was done!
ReplyDeleteI read Valentine's day, Dodge Ball, and Life :) Congrats on your anniversary and thanks for the giveaway!

ReplyDeleteI read "Thank Goodness for Quilted Toilet Paper". I had read it before and I do see where you are coming from, I love the message of your story :D
ReplyDeleteWow! A great giveaway!! Happy anniversary!!!
ReplyDeleteI read Thank Goodness for Quilted Toilet Paper... very humbling and inspiring.
ReplyDeleteI read all your posts but went back and re-read "The Older I Get...." :) Thank you for a great giveaway and congrats on 2 years!!!
ReplyDeleteI read about your dogs and the basset rescue group. We have two rescue kitties. Always adopt rescue pets!
ReplyDeleteThis is an AMAZINGLY good giveaway! Thanks ever-so much for all the effort and here's to many more awesome nailgasms through your wonderful posts!
ReplyDeleteI read Dog in the Drink... With Barnacles and I hope your watch in the rice worked out! Silly but ever-so clever doggums! <3
http://www.pointlesscafe.com/2012/04/dog-in-drinkwith-barnacles.html?showComment=1362285235524#c6546800024769416136
I read Valentine's Day, Dodge Ball and Life. Happy blogiversary!!
ReplyDeleteCan I just say that I love all of your non-polish posts. I read the Got Curly Hair? one first. I giggled and shook my head yes the entire time because I used to have hair like this. Two kids later, it's not so curly anymore. You have beautiful hair and it makes me miss mine :(
ReplyDeleteThank Goodness for Quilted Toilet Paper is awesome :)
ReplyDelete"Bassett Buddies Rescue Inc". Your 3 dogs are adorable!!!! I only have the one so far but once I move out of home I'm gonna have to get him a buddy I think, maybe a cat to play with?
ReplyDeleteCongratulations Sheila! Love you and your blog, although I do blame you for so many lemmings! I had already read your post about the Connecticut shooting. But re read it- and they are sleeping, but going to go hug my babies again.
ReplyDelete"Dog in the Drink....with Barnacles" - That must have been quite an adventure for a lazy day. Haha! Thank God you were wearing jeans, and that the wounds weren't so bad. Awww, I love that she's such an obedient and smart dog! The best part was that she trusted you enough and completely did not panic! Haha, it must have been quite a work out for her as well seeing how she sleeps soundly on the couch! Glad that both of you were okay in the end :)
ReplyDeleteAndddd Happy Bloggiversary!!!!! Awww two years old!! *sprinkles sparkling glitters all around~*

ReplyDeleteMy birthday is on 3/17 so it would be great to win

ReplyDeleteCongrats! I read Day 2 of Moroccan Argan Oil Hair Cream, then went back and read Got Curly Hair? Kind of glad I don't have curly hair, mine is a mess with fizzy ness the way it is. xD
ReplyDeleteCongratulations on your two years! So many wonderful and beautiful nail polishes - I couldn't decide which to enter specifically so I just entered them all :3 I do have to say that my faves are the Above the Curve and Ninja Polishes though ^-^
ReplyDeleteAlso, I was reading your post about Kinky Curly Hair and I totally sympathize with you. My hair's not nearly as curly as yours but it's pretty unmanageable in it's own right. Mine's all thick and wavy/curly (not sure what exactly it could be called) and I can never wear it down because it looks like its trying to eat my head.
People tell me that because I wear it up all the time that I should just cut it short and I would if I had other choices other than a boy cut which is about the only cut that my thick hair won't poof with *sigh*
Anywho, good luck and have fun with the giveaway!! Good luck to us all! ^-^
Read Got Curly Hair? My daughter has Shirley temple curls. It was a great read:)
ReplyDeleteI read The Older I Get. Thanks so much for the giveaway!!
ReplyDeleteI read the Basset Buddies Rescue, Inc, that was so sweet and touching <3
ReplyDeleteThe older I get... I see beauty products the same way. Price doesn't directly correlate to quality!
ReplyDeleteCONGRATULATIONS on TWO years!! =D && of course Happy St. Patty's Day ;)
ReplyDeleteI read Nail Polish Auction for Basset Buddies Rescue, Inc. & I also read The Older I Get.... ((sorry I just kept reading but I loved both of these posts lol))
Congrats on 2 years!
ReplyDeleteI read "Dog in the Drink...with Barnacles". I have a rescue myself. Her name is Bailey and she's a 103 lb. half Rhodesian Ridgeback/half Yellow Lab mix. She is our sweet girl--just wonderful w/our kids. I absolutely love your blog, Instagram, & Facebook posts. Thanks for the chance to win. :)
Nail Polish Auction for Basset Buddies Rescue, Inc.
ReplyDeleteMy dog and cat are rescues. Wouldn't have anything else!! Thanks
Congratulations and thank you for such an amazing giveaway! I read the Basset Buddies post!!
ReplyDeletehappy blogaversary!!! i read http://www.pointlesscafe.com/2012/12/nail-polish-auction-for-basset-buddies.html
ReplyDeleteCongratulations and thank you for such an amazing giveaway! I read the Basset Buddies post!!
ReplyDeleteI love "The Older I get" because I can SOO relate!! Happy Blogaversary!!
ReplyDeleteI like the Valentines Day post.
ReplyDeleteI read a few but I really liked "The Older I Get..." and agree with you. :)
ReplyDeleteHappy blogaversary! :)
Day 2 of Moroccan Argan Oil Hair Cream. For some reason I always forget your hair, probably because your nails are so incredible. But I have been reading in a group on Ravelry about Curly Girl styles and cuts and and and. And this post works in with that. And now I think I have to email that CG info to my sister, your hair looks so much like hers, and particularly the part where you HAVE to put it up!
ReplyDeleteCongrats! I read Thank Goodness for Quilted Toilet Paper.
ReplyDeleteI ended up reading a few of your posts but I will go with Valentine's Day, Dodge Ball and Life... because I can totally relate to it and used to be the same way myself, which is scary! lol
ReplyDeleteCongrats on two years and may there be many more awesome blogging years to come. :) Also, a big thank you for this giveaway, I am so in love with the polishes it's crazy!
Congrats! I read the Valentine's Day, Dodge Ball, and Life post. Totally agree! Thanks for such an amazing giveaway and a fabulous blog! - Amy
ReplyDeleteI have read Dog in the Drink...with Barnacles. Twinks cute dog, i have 2 and are my love.<3 .Apologies for not enlarge further, but my English is very limited. Thank so much for this stunning giveaway xx
ReplyDeleteSuch a cool giveaway! I went way back and read "What Women Want" as my bonus entry. I also clicked on the snapshots of Ireland post, but none of them loaded for me :(
ReplyDeleteCongratulations!!!! Thank you for the giveaway!! I like the valentine post.
ReplyDeleteHappy Blogiversary! I read Day 2 of Moroccan Argan Oil Hair Cream. I have curly hair, too and have recently discovered how great argan oil is for my hair (and skin and nails).
ReplyDeleteCongratulations on two years! So awesome. I'm off to read a few entities, but I just read your wonderful post about your mom (and Super Bowl). When I clicked in the general post it brought up a list of "favorites" instead, so I'm going through them looking for the ones that are likely non-manicure focused. But reading about your mama was beautiful.
ReplyDeleteLove your blog and loved the posts on Model City's Ramones polishes!
ReplyDeleteI reaD Valentine's Day, Dodge Ball and Life... Cute!!! And congratulations on 2 years!
ReplyDeleteThe post I read was about the argon oil and I don't have curly hair, but you made me wish I did so that it could look like that! it was fabulous!

Congratulations on a wonderfully successful and inspiring blog! I read Thank Goodness for Quilted Toilet Paper (again!). I love that one :)
ReplyDeleteI read Valentine's Day, Dodge Ball and Life... :)
ReplyDeleteI read Thank Goodness for Quilted Toilet Paper
ReplyDeleteCongrats! I read the Valentine's Day post - it was great!
ReplyDeleteCongratulations on two years! :)
ReplyDeleteI read your "Music Stirs my Soul" post. Did you know that the brain can recognize music even when you can't? Music has a strange power over the mind.
I read "Dcotor Who? Goodbye Amy and Rory"
ReplyDeleteI'm more disappointed with losing Amy, she was a great companion. I'm not happy with the way the new writers make the Doctor... kind of an idiot. I don't think anyone will ever be better than David Tennant. That being said, it's still a great show and I will still watch it, it's still a lot better than a lot of crap that is out there, but I wish certain things were different.
http://www.pointlesscafe.com/2012/09/doctor-who-goodbye-amy-and-rory.html
I always enjoy your blog; congrats on 2 years! I read Basset Buddies Rescue, Inc. for my entry, although I also read most of the others. lol
ReplyDeleteI read your post called Big Girl Panties. I think a friendship should be strong enough to be able to be completely honest like that to each other. I've have quite a few of those moments where either someone has told something I'm doing wrong or I've had to tell them. Either way, it works out in the end!! It has to be done! Congrats on two years!
ReplyDeleteI read the "Rat, Monkey and Y-Chromosomes" post, it made me happy :) Only clicking on the "general posts" button wasn't doing anything for me so I had to search for it, good thing you listed a few suggestions!
ReplyDeleteHappy blogaversary!
ReplyDeleteI remember reading The Older I Get when you first published it and it really got me thinking. I don't care how much money people spend, I never did, but I like how you placed it in a perspective. Now I reread it and I still like both what you said and the way you said it.
Thanks for the Giveaway!
ReplyDeleteI read "Valentine's Day, Dodge Ball and Life..."
I read "What Can You Say on Veteran's Day?" and all i can say is, "wow".
ReplyDeleteI read your post about your mother and the superbowl! Loved it :)
ReplyDeletehttp://www.pointlesscafe.com/2012/02/mama-and-superbowl.html?showComment=1362296377099#c4696682709903975638
Congrats! How exciting! I think I read all your non polish related blogposts when you published them. What really caught my attention is the post "Nail Polish Auction for Basset Buddies Rescue, Inc." I really love that you have rescue dogs. I have two rescue cats, Freja and Sture, and 4 more liveing her temporarily since I'm a rescue home. And the pic of Twinki (on a boat) is just adorable!
ReplyDeleteCongrats again and I hope you'll continue bloging for several more years!
Congrats! And what a great giveaway! As a dog-lover I had to read "Basset Buddies Rescue, Inc." Unfortunately I don't have time for a dog now, but I miss having one around. I grew up with dogs... I hope that my life situation wil change one day, and maybe I will be able to get a new dog then. I have thought about getting a rescue dog one day. There are so many dogs out there who need good homes!
ReplyDeleteThe one post that I remember reading and stuck in my mind A LOT was the one where you had to catch that snake in your dining room... I think it was titled "Eating my own words" I was soo freaked out since we dont have snakes here...I think i'd totally scream like the wimpy girl i am haha... Congrats on two years!! Here's to many many more :)
ReplyDeleteCongrats on your 2nd blogiversary! Thanks for the giveaway! I read "The older I get.." and it sets me thinking. Sometimes people aren't really concerned about how you could use the money you spurge on beauty products to benefit the society but rather, it is a human tendency to judge and to make one feel superior that way by seeming to be morally right by depising such behaviour.
ReplyDeleteWow, what a giveaway!
ReplyDeleteI read "The Older I Get..." - as a fellow redhead full of opinions I can't help but sympathize =)) And you're spot on on judging!
I read 'Nail Polish Auction for Basset Buddies Rescue, Inc.' I really liked seeing your dogs (that picture of Twinkie is ADORABLE), and yay for people who rescue them <3
ReplyDeleteThis comment has been removed by the author.
ReplyDeleteI read mousecapades sounds like the mice really kept you on your toes lol
ReplyDeleteI read "Thank Goodness for Quilted Toilet Paper".
ReplyDeleteCongrats on 2years! I read your Bassett Buddies post. It's so awesome that you rescued dogs. That's so awesome to know that there are less dogs out their being left without food or water. I wish there were more people like you out there. I rescued a dog that was left on a chain in the back yard & they moved & left her. We had her for 13years. We just had to put her down last month.
ReplyDeleteGreat post & Your baby's are gorgeous!
Thx for the giveaway!
I read Valentine's Day, Dodge Ball and Life... and I couldn't have said it better myself. More people need to come to this same realization and they will no longer be bashing the day. Congrats on reaching 2 years!!!
ReplyDeleteI read Valentine's Day post)
ReplyDeleteHappy Blogaversary!
Happy Blogoversary! <3
ReplyDeleteI red The Rat, the Monkey and the Y Chromosome - OMG I didn't know weather to laugh or 'awwww'! I must say that I'm not a rat fan, but I hope your visitor is having fun with those kids that adopted him! :)
Congrats on your anniversary and thanks for the giveaway! I read the Jan 4 "Going Green?" post.
ReplyDeleteCongrats on 2 years and thanks a lot for this *amazing* giveaway!
ReplyDeleteAs a follower I read your general posts, not just the polish ones. And I totally agree with you about Valentine's day :-)
Congratulations for two years :) Read your post on Quilted Toilet Paper :) Thanks god for those :D
ReplyDeleteCongrats on your 2 years anniversary!
ReplyDeleteI liked to read your hair posts, like Got Curly Hair? because I too have curly hair and sometimes I hate how it looks and the harder I try to make it look nice, the ugliest it actually looks... boooh
I like 'The Older I Get'. Happy Blogaversary! :)
ReplyDeleteHello ;)
ReplyDeleteCongratulations , happy Blogaversary!!!! Thank you for the giveaway!! I like the valentine post.
I read "The Older I Get..." Nothing worse than people getting high and mighty over what other people buy.
ReplyDeleteI read The Older I Get and the Basset Buddies post. I grew up with basset hounds and love them!
ReplyDeletei read thank goodness for quilted toilet paper, wow you have come so far, you should be proud of yourself
ReplyDeleteCongrats Sheila ♥
ReplyDeleteI actually read lots of your non-polish related posts... some about your curly hair ^^, your butt kissed by a frog (LOL) and others stories with mice, rat and snakes (OMG I got goosebumps reading these posts :S), the "Thank Goodness for Quilted Toilet Paper" ♥ blog post and many others!!
I read "The Older I Get..."
ReplyDeleteCongrats!
ReplyDeleteI read Basset Buddies Rescue, Inc. and there were a lot of "awwwww"`s when i looked at photos of your cute dogs <3
Congrats on your Blogaversary!! I read your post called "The Older I Get..." I must say, I completely agree with you. I can't stand when people make hasty judgements about others and their choices in life. Ugh....
ReplyDeleteCongrats! :) I read Dog in the Drink...with Barnacles, it's so pleasant, relaxed. I want to be on a boat right now!
ReplyDeleteCongratulations on Year 2!! I read the Valentines & Dodgeball....because my 11yo son LOVES dodgeball. He is wicked talented at it lol. He can do these ninja moves to evade the balls and usually winds up winning lol. Me--hated it. But I love Valentines day (and I'm with you--I TELL my DH what I want)....been with him for 24 Valentine Days (married for 20). Thanks for having such an awesome giveaway!!
ReplyDeleteI read the older I get. Thanks for this awesome giveaway! ^^
ReplyDeleteCongrats! I read the Basset Buddies Rescue, Inc., because I'm a mommy to a dog myself, a chocolate labrador, whose name is Maurice, and basically anything with the word 'dog' in it catches my attention. I was tempted to read the DW post, but as i haven't watched THE episode yet, i don't want anything to influence my judging.
ReplyDeleteWhat an amazing giveaway!! I love all the prises and I really want to win!! I'm surely into it!
ReplyDeletehttp://priesmaltes.blogspot.com.br
Kisses from me!!
I read about poor Tink falling in the water and your fight with a bobcat (lol)!
ReplyDeleteI read Nail Polish Auction for Basset Buddies Rescue, Inc. (I hope that counts!!), and you're an angel for rescuing pups, thank you.
ReplyDeleteThis giveaway is amazing!
ReplyDeleteI read about your Doctor (because Dr Who <3!). I'll always think of Tennant as the Doctor, but you're right. The writers have made this incarnation something else entirely :(
I like your cruelty free products and decision, If I knew where to find your blog about dog I would like to see it, love animals
ReplyDeleteCongratulations, and thank you for the chance to win one of these awesome prizes!
ReplyDeleteI read "Doctor Who? Goodbye Amy and Rory" ... I'm a recent Whovian, and Matt Smith was my first Doctor. I've gone back and watched the episodes of 9 and 10, and I actually like that 11 is so human (yet so alien too). One thing about the show that I enjoy is how his experiences change him.
I have my own fascination with quilted toilet paper and I was expecting to find your blog post on it to be similar to my own odd appreciation of something thicker than tissue but I was quite surprised (and a little shamed) to find your post was more of a metaphor. Your post is spot on tho and speaking as someone who never really got into the designer jeans set, I can identify with being the odd gal out when it came to playing keep up with the fashionistas.
ReplyDeleteCongrats and thank you to all the sponsors for the awesome prizes.
ReplyDeleteI read the older I get and I think what you say makes sense.. There are so many people nowadays commenting behind the screen of what you should do this and that but how often are those being said done in action..
I read the Basset Buddies Rescue post! :)
ReplyDeleteGreat giveaway! Thank you!
ReplyDeleteExcellent way to think of ones financial position...at zero instead of a negative number! Can I borrow that? But on the way to quilted toilet aper, I looked t the mean girs post too. No cajones
You know I've read most of your entries but I went back and Dog in the Drink...with Barnacles is my fave <3
ReplyDeleteI read Valentine's Day, Dodge Ball and Life...
ReplyDeleteThanks for the giveaway and happy blogaversary!
Hello ! Thank you so much for this great giveaway ! I've just read the older I get. I'm a bit lost in the english so far... Thanks again !
ReplyDeleteI read Mama and the Superbowl. What a great giveaway! Congrats on your blogaversary!!
ReplyDeleteHey! I read the one about you Kinky Curly Hair. Hahaha, for what it's worth, I think your hair is super cool ;) Thanks for hosting this amazing giveaway and congrats on the two years!
ReplyDeleteI really didn't mean to read the most recent one but find one that called to me. Valentines Day, Dodgeball and Life....who could resist that title? I subscribe through email, but have never seen your general posts come across my box. Is there a reason? I loved your post and plan on reading more! Such a voice you have, one that is hard to hear in polish posts. Love you even more now (tee hee).
ReplyDeleteOh, and congrats!
Hi!
ReplyDeleteCongrats on your blog! You have wonderful works :)
I read your article about memories. I liked it a lot.
wow this is fantastic! congrats and thank you!
ReplyDeleteHi Sheila, I read the Kinky Curly Hair post. Curly hair isn't as easy as wash-and-go. I'm still trying to find that product that defines my curls, repells frizz, doesn't weigh my hair down or leave it feeling greasy. Until then, the search continues :)
ReplyDeleteMany heartfelt congratulations! I've already lost the title and I love all your posts, but the one dated 0201 about ppl complaining some others don't spend enough on charity but have the gall to spend a fortune on a name brand is outstanding!
ReplyDeleteI'm a new follower (in fact I'm fairly new to the Polish and Blogging worlds in general lol) but I've gone back and read quite a few of your non-Polish posts and I've Loved every one! I really, really, like your writing style! (in fact I made my husband read the Rat/Y chromosome post, but I don't think he got it :P) Anyways, for non-polish posts I think your recent post on snobbery in the beauty world was a great one because your response to that article was so well worded and I felt myself saying "Oh MY GOSH I KNOW RIGHT!!" and "Me TOO" (in my head of course). Keep up the great blog. because like so many I love to read it!!
ReplyDeleteI read quite a few, I enjoy your writing style! I most enjoyed "The Older I Get". I've always felt that judging people for having money is just as bad as judging people for not having money. I'm a kumbaya kind of thinker! If we could all just enjoy each other for our similarities AND our differences the world would be a more peaceful place. By the way, your curls are gorgeous :)
ReplyDeleteThanks so much for the giveaway! I read the "Doctor Who? Goodbye Amy and Rory" post, I'm also a Docto Who fan :)
ReplyDeleteI've read a bunch of them as they come up through Bloglovin. Non-polish-related posts are always a nice break. :) Latest one I've read was "Valentine's Day, Dodge Ball and Life," which is so true. You got get up and speak up!
ReplyDeleteI read 'The Older I Get', and I agree! =D Unfortunately your general posts don't seem to come up on my facebook feed, though----I don't know why.
ReplyDeleteCongrats on your blogaversiry :)
ReplyDeleteI read http://www.pointlesscafe.com/2012/04/dog-in-drinkwith-barnacles.html
Have to admit i lol-ed a little at Twinks antics in "Dog in the Drink...with Barnacles"! My little Blaze is not a swimmer at all - except for the time she decided she had to come rescue ME when I went out for a swim in a Loch....I then had to rescue her right back!! lol
ReplyDeleteCongrats on your Blogaversary!:o)
I read, Got Curly Hair? You really do have some curly hair, but it's pretty. I'm glad you liked your Ross purchase. I love products with Aragan Oil in them.
ReplyDeleteI read the Moroccan Argan Oil Hair Cream posts. Your hair is amazing!!!! Congrats on your blogiversery.
ReplyDeleteHAPPY BLOGIVERSERY Sheila...you're going strong..and this is the most awesome nail blog..I LOVE your wonderful pics!!! LOVE YOU!!! <3 <3 <3
ReplyDeleteI read Mousecapades. I too can picture them gathered together, rubbing their little paws together in glee, plotting mischief for you. I may have giggled a bit about beans and rice going down your sleeves ;)
ReplyDeleteThe Older I Get... happy biodiversity

Congrats on your 2 years!I read few posts about your hair, and Morrocan hair creme because your hair looks absolutely amazing there. Loving the color of it too/ Mine is also curly but way more messy, and I wish I could find something like that here, that works even for just a couple of hours.

ReplyDeleteI read "Another Quirk Rears its Ugly Head." It was hilarious, I think we may have a lot in common! lol

ReplyDeleteI read
ReplyDeleteValentine's Day, Dodge Ball and Life...
And I'll tell ya, I feel ya! That's the attitude I had this year.
I think I posted already to say I liked the Older I get
ReplyDeleteIn fact I like it so much I commented on it BEFORE the giveaway.
ReplyDeleteBut let me really comment here to say how much yours is my go-to blog. I have bought more polish thanks to your darn Scottish blog than any other blog. In a way I regret this-- but it has something to do with the fact that A. Of course your swatches are to die for and B. we love the same colors-- the wines, the fuchsias, the odd ball greens, the reds, the magentas the complex blacks-- So I am not surprised at all the polish makers who have contributed-- because you make their creations look good. And I've never won a contest and only rarely enter-- but if I did win this one it would be great because these are the colors I wear. And you had better believe I would be picking those shamrocks from NJ-- I mean how cute are they? Thanks-- Sheila and congratulations!
I read Day 2 Morocan Argan Oil Hair Cream.
ReplyDeleteI read Another Birthday :D

ReplyDeleteI read the Basset Buddies Rescue, so cute!! Thanks so much for the giveaway!!
ReplyDeleteI read the post entitled "Valentine's Day, Dodgeball, and Life." I spent so many years alone on Valentine's that now I'm super happy to have someone. He's a sweetie, and we buy each other lots of chocolate, and we're both happy.
ReplyDeleteCongrats! and I read all of your posts, with a recent favorite being Above the Curve Diablos - Swatches and Review :)
ReplyDeleteTwo years! Wow, that is an amazing accomplishment, and I absolutely LOVE your blog. I read Dog in the Drink...with Barnacles (along with a lot of other posts) but this one was a case of schaudenfreude and dog love for me. Glad it wasn't me, and glad Twinks is such a good doggie!
ReplyDeleteCongrats on your two years!!I read "The Older I Get".Thanks for such a great giveaway!
ReplyDeleteI like your spam! Read http://www.pointlesscafe.com/2012/02/sunday-spam-post-things-i-love.html. I read all of your posts actually, well at least since I have had my late in life polish obsession!
ReplyDeleteI read and enjoyed "Valentine's Day, Dodge Ball and Life..."
ReplyDeleteI read the Happy Thanksgiving post. Wagon Trail never looked so good
ReplyDeleteCongratulations on two years!! I read your "Doctor Who? Goodbye Amy and Rory" and HOO BOY, did I relate. I guess because MY Doctor was David Tennant and he was the one to make hard choices and do so bravely - to send Martha away from her family indefinitely, to erase Donna's memory, to LOSE ROSE TWICE...to see him fall apart over Amy and Rory like that (and to completely forget that River just lost her PARENTS...) it just didn't ring true. This Doctor Who seems like a series of episodes where the actors rise above their material, and it shows.
ReplyDeleteAnd now I'll quit talking about Doctor Who like a big giant dork. :-) Thanks for hosting this giveaway!!!
Hi, thanks for the giveaway and for including internationals! I read several but i particularly liked the Valentine's post. Thanks again!

ReplyDeleteI read Bassett Buddies Rescue, Inc. Bassets are adorable so how could I resist! Then I had to go back and read a couple more...
ReplyDeleteAnyways, thanks for the great giveaway! And happy Blogaversary!!!!

So sad what some humans do to animals, I just start getting steaming mad when I think about it. My animals r my babies and they know it! :-)
ReplyDeleteI'm a huge DW fan as well, so of course I had to read "Doctor Who? Goodbye Amy and Rory." I've had several unhappy camper moments full of "WHAT?!?!?" along with "#@$%$#!" and many instances of massive disappointment, yet I still find myself anticipating the next installment.
ReplyDeleteCongrats on two years here! :D

I read the post about the nail polish auction to help Bassett Buddies Rescue, even though such things always make me sad. I couldn't resist the cute doggies.
ReplyDeleteI started to second-guess that article as a polish post so I also read the one about the Argan oil hair cream. :-)
