Today I have one of the new HARE Polish's Glitter Top Coat Set - The Last Queen of France: Spring Collection 2013. The Teen Queen.
The Teen Queen is described as "a fun concoction of neon blue glitter and satin baby pink hex & square glitter in several sizes. It also has a generous amount of blue shimmer. This is in a CLEAR base."
I decided to layer this one over one of my favorite colors because I'm a huge fan of the contrast of the blue against the berry color and the pink glitters really set it off for me. I used one coat of The Teen Queen over Nails Inc. Holland Park Road with one coat of Poshe top coat for the photos.
