Happy Monday! Or is that an oxymoron? No - not today because I have another great piCture pOlish shade to show you. This time it's a happy glitter polish called Ruby Blou - "dazzling red, sparkling blue."

Ruby Blou is a clear-based glitter polish with small and medium sized hexes in red, blue and silver. I've layered this one over a few different colors and shown them shiny and matte. No issues with formula or application. Glitters came out of the bottle nicely and spread evenly on the nail.
First, over Sinful Colors Dream on - a violet berry. Not sure why I picked this color combo - I just loved it.

What do you think of this one? Basically it looks good over everything I tried. I still love it over the violet berry the best for some reason. Especially matted.
