Happy Thursday! Tonight I have another Hard Candy polish for Thrifty Thursday - Crush on Tin.
Crush on Tin is part of their Crushed Chrome Collection and it's a bit hard to describe. It's sort of a charcoal/golden/green/metallic/glass fleck/foil. LOL - how's that for a description? It reminds me of something but I haven't quite put my finger on it yet. If you guys know, please let me know in the comments!
The brush is medium wide and flat, making it apply perfectly. The bottle is taller and skinnier and I was afraid it 1) would be easy to tip over and 2) would have a wand that was so long it would have too much on it to "wipe off," but I had no issues with either one. The formula is great and I had zero issues. Two easy coats for full opacity and no top coat for the photos. It was perfectly smooth to the touch. Wear on it was good - I had minimal tip wear and no chips. (I didn't use a base coat.)
Removal was easy, but sort of like a foil polish only not quite as difficult.

What do you think of this one? I think it's probably my favorites of all the new Hard Candy polishes I've tried so far.
Hard Candy polishes are available at Walmart Stores nation-wide for $4.00.

I wonder how close it is to Chanel's Graphite. The next time I get to a Hard Candy display I'm looking for this one, it's lovely.
ReplyDeleteBEST. PHOTO. BOMB. EVER. I love Twinks and Murph so much!!
ReplyDeleteThat polish is so gorgeous!
I'm loving all the new Hard Candy polishes! I want them all, which is pretty funny since I've never given that brand a second look before their change.
ReplyDeleteLove the polish! And haha, the dog-sneaking-in-the-background photo is awesome
ReplyDeletePretty polish! And your dog is a cutie!
ReplyDeleteSort of reminds me of a pumped up version of OPI Live and Let Die. I really like it!
ReplyDeleteIt reminds me a lot of Zoya Edyta...very unusual and complex.
ReplyDeleteYeah kind of like...Zoya Edyta or maybe OPI Number One Nemesis? Either way - not sure how I missed this one in the shop so many times, its gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteThanks to this post it is now on my wishlist. I have a feeling that I'm going to end up with a large number of these polishes just by picking them up one by one on my trips to Walmart. They are pretty great polishes for the price. And I always love seeing furbaby pics; aren't they great little helpers?
ReplyDeleteThey do help fanatically
