Good afternoon! It's been a while since I showed you a new Above the Curve polish so IT'S TIME! Today I have Cecelia for you.

Cecelia is described as "a beautiful creamy teal/turquoise with linear holo! If you like Kahuna you'll love Cecilia! $1.00 from each bottle sold will be donated to Shriners Hospitals for Children."
The formula and application were perfect! Very creamy and I used two light coats for opacity and no top coat for the photos.

What do you think of this one? The formula was SO GOOD! And the color with the loose linear holo is just a perfect combination.
