I thought I'd leave you one more holo from Colors by Llarowe before I pack it up for the weekend. This time I have Angels Sing from the Missing You Collection.

*Angels Sing proceeds go to the American Cancer Society and it's a Limited Edition polish.*

Angels Sing is described as a white scattered holo. When I saw this in the bottle, I gotta be honest, no WAY was this a holo. I think I was expecting a linear holo. Well, it's not linear, but there's definitely holo in there. It's subtle, though. Once I put it on, I could see it on the nail. It's not in-your-face, but I think if any more holo were to be added, it would no longer be white. As it is, it leans a touch to the pale dove grey side. No issues with formula or application. I used 3 light coats for opacity and no top coat for the photos. At the end, I have a photo with it over a plain white creme for comparison.

Continued after the jump...

What do you think of this one? Is it what you were expecting? I was surprised that it appeared more holo on the nail than in the bottle. Here's my theory on white holos...I think there's no way to create a white LINEAR holo. Once it's linear, it's no longer white. Impossible. I hope one day someone proves me wrong though! In the mean time, an off-white scattered holo is your best bet and this one fits the bill on that.
