Emily de Molly Cosmic Forces - Swatches and Review

Press Sample
*This product is Cruelty Free

It's FRIDAYYYYYY! Today I have a gorgeous jelly circle glitter polish to show you from Emily de Molly...Cosmic Forces.

Emily de Molly Cosmic Forces

Cosmic Forces is described by the maker as follows:

BASE - Dark purple/plum jelly.

GLITTER - Lavender holo dots and hex and pink dot glitter.

Fishing WILL be required as the large glitters have a tendency to sink and slide off the brush. A gentle shake before use will help distribute the glitter.

OPAQUE - in 2-3 coats depending on application.

I actually didn't have much of an issues at all getting the glitters out and on the nail. As is my habit with all glitter polishes, I use a toothpick and scrape down the side and across the bottom of the bottle when I first open them...gets the glitters "all mixed up and floaty." I layered this one over a purple polish AND wore it alone with 3 coats. I actually liked it better without "undies."

Continued after the jump...

This is 3 light coats of Cosmic Forces alone...

Either way you choose to wear this one, you're in for a treat. If you're like me, you've seen the gorgeous swatches she uses in her Big cartel and etsy shops and even the banner page on Llarowe's Facebook page they you've used up a few paper towels wiping the drool off of your chin too. I wish I knew who took the photos for her so I could give them credit and link them because those photos are stunning.

What do you think of this one? I've shown you DevotionGround Control, It's Just a Phase and Amazonia. Which is your favorite?

Emily de Molly polishes are available directly from the Emily de Molly Etsy store or her big cartel shop here if you're in Australia. If not, you can purchase Emily de Molly polishes from Llarowe's site here in the US. For other stocklists, please see the links below...

  8. Thank you for the "toothpick" tip! These giant dot glitters seem to be all the rage and I couldn't figure out how to fish them out ;)

Beautiful job! I tried it over "undies"--I think I will go without next time (that sounds dirtier than I intended.....lol)

  9. You just offered the best tip ever- using a toothpick to distribute and float the glitter first! Wow, am I glad I read your review. And yes, I have a bottle of Cosmic Forces captured after a particularly narly Llarowe launch.
