Good morning! We're half-way through the work week and I have a collection to show you that is sure to offer a much-needed pick-me-up! The Polish Bar Summer Holo Jellies Collection. Plus my first attempt at a color block mani!

| The Polish Bar Summer Holo Jellies Collection 2013 |
This collection consists of 5 new, bright jellies with a subtle scattered holo: Electric Violet, Shocking Pink, Cobalt Blue, Very Fuchsia and Orange Crush. The names explain the colors perfectly and they all had the same formula and application. They each have a subtle scattered holo and are all true jellies. I've used 4 coats of each one, shown with and without top coat, with no issues at all. They build up to a great wax sort of finish on their own and really shine with top coat. On shorties, I think 3 coats would work great.

Okay, so first I want to show you my attempt at some nail art...not sure what to call it other than I think the most common term is a color block mani. I always think of Frank Lloyd Wright for some reason - maybe it reminds me of his famous windows? Which is probably the reason I didn't include any triangles LOL! It's not fantastic or anything but I was pretty proud of it and I got lots of compliments on it, which always moves it up from fail status to winner status in my book.

What do you think????? For the jelly-lovers out there you will need these for sure. Which is your favorite? Mine of course is Electric Violet. But that orange really POPS, so it's running a close 2nd. I'm just glad I don't have to choose.
