Above the Curve
Falling for Autumn Collection
Today I have the last two in the Falling for Autumn Collection 2013 from Above the Curve: Anona and Aphaea. If you missed Scarlet, click here or Akiko, click here.
Swatches and review after the jump...
Aphaea (Greek Goddess of Agriculture and Fertility) is a lavender-leaning grey-blue/periwinkle holographic with violet shimmer. Okay, FINE, I don't really know what color it is. That's the best way I can describe it though. The formula is creamy and smooth and I have no issues to report. Two coats for full opacity and one coat of Dazzle Dry top coat for the photos. (Apologies for the fuzz I accidentally painted into my index nail!)
Artificial lighting...
Indirect natural lighting...

Anona (Roman Goddess of the Harvest) is a warm-toned forest green that I always call "swampy green" - gold shimmer and green and gold micro-flakes really make this polish. Zero issues to report. Lovely formula and application and two coats for full opacity, although you might get by with just one coat. One coat of Dazzle Dry top coat for the photos.

What do you think of these two? My favorite between them is Anono (those FLECKS!) but I think overall, if I had to pick just one of the 4-polish collection, I'd pick Scarlet. But you can't go wrong with any of the four for sure.
The Falling for Autumn Collection will be available SOON! (ETA is this Friday of Saturday - September 27th or 28th, 2013.) Keep checking the Above the Curve Facebook Page!
Above the Curve polishes are available on their Big Cartel shop here and their Etsy shop here. You can also follow them on Facebook here to stay up-to-date on availability, new collections, promos, etc. The BEST part? $1 of every bottle sold goes to Shriner's Hospital for Children! Full-sized bottles retail for $9.00.
