Extend-A-Mani: A Gradient and Some Glitter

Nothing to Disclose

Today I have another easy way to Extend-A-Mani with a quick gradient and some glitter. I used my existing Dior Galaxie #992 manicure and did the gradient with Zoya Shelby. Then I topped it off with Elevation Polish Daisen.

Continued after the jump...

I was already wearing Dior Galaxie #992. I had some normal tip wear and just didn't have it in me to re-do my entire mani, so I grabbed a make-up sponge, a coordinating color and some glitter. The less acetone on the cuticles the better sometimes! I don't always add glitter over the gradients I do to extend my manicures, but when I'm working with polishes I'm not sure about, it sure makes it easy because the glitter covers any minor imperfections. Also, sometimes when I'm going lighter on the tips rather than darker, I grab the white and lay down a quick base of that on the tips so the lighter color contrasts nicely.

And in less than 10 minutes, you're good to go!

Indirect natural lighting...

What do you think of this one? I quite loved how it turned out. And it's quick, easy! Have you tried it yet?

Happy WEEKEND!
