Dillard's Exclusive
UPDATE: They've come out with a brand new "Selfridges Exclusive" called Josephine #506 - but thankfully, it's the same as Alexa. Dior, Stop That!!!
This year marks Dillard's 75 year in business and in honor of that, they've released an exclusive-to-Dillard's polish named Alexa after Mrs. Alexa Dillard.

Alexa is really quite unlike any Dior I've ever tried so far. It's a taupe-y, pewter metallic shimmer flake polish. LOL- how's that for a description? I've taken great care to get the photos color-accurate and there are photos in artificial and indirect natural lighting so that you can decide for yourself. You can see the gold flakes best in the last photo. There's also blue, pink and gold shimmer and possible holo micro-shimmer. I had ZERO issues with formula or application. Two coats and one coat of top coat for the photos.

Okay, so here's the deal...the sales associate at my Dior counter at Dillard's said that this was new for October (in-store) and she didn't even have a tester yet. I bought the last bottle they had, but she said they would be getting more and that anyone could go in and have them order it as well. I'm not sure about the availability on-line. I know it was available on-line around the end of September, so I'd just keep checking back to see if they add more stock.
I *almost* didn't get this one but I'm so happy I did. It's very unique! Retails for $24.00. What do you think? Worth a trip to your nearest Dillard's? It was for me!
