Let's have a look at Rainbows on Crack first. This one is a tightly scattered holographic purple. Formula and application were perfect - no issues at all. Two coats and no top coat for the photos. (Top coat later did not dull the holo effect.)

I Got a Goodie Bag is a clear-based glitter polish with blue, green, pink and yellow matte square glitters in various sizes and metallic blue glitter squares. The glitters are suspended perfectly in the base and I had no issues at all getting the glitters out on the brush. They all spread evenly and laid flat on the nail. I used two light coats over Rainbows on Crack and one coat of Poshe top coat for the photos.
