Pahlish El Topo Petit, from the Fall 2013 Collection, is a gorgeous smoky taupe with red/copper micro-flakes.

El Topo Petit is my first taupe with flakes and I'm in love. I've always been a fan of taupe - I know it's not for everyone, but to me, it's the perfect neutral for my skin-tone. The micro-flakes are either copper or red or both and it really gives this one character and depth. Two easy coats and one light coat of top coat for the photos. No issues at all to report.

You can probably tell by my description above that I really love this one. Best of both worlds - taupe and flakies! I think the coolness of the taupe and warmth of the flakes will make this one wearable on most skin-tones. What do you think of it?

ReplyDeleteOh so gorgeous, a lovely creme with flakies/shimmer is my favorite polish. And I since I'm in the middle of a taupe/grey/white phase it suits me just fine. :) Love your swatches!
