JINDIE NAILS
HOLIDAY/WINTER 2013
Well tonight I'm showing you the last 4 of the 14 polish Holiday/Winter 2013 Collection from Jindie Nails. There are two jelly glitter polishes, a crelly glitter polish and a clear-based glitter.
Continued after the jump...
Let's get started with Eve - this one is described by the maker as "a navy blue jelly with several sizes of silver holo dots and hex plus silver holo snow flakes. This polish is a jelly, so it's meant to look squishy and not be opaque. It shows so much depth with the jelly base and sparkly silver glitters. It can be worn on its own or layered over a dark blue or black or worn alone with about 3 coats." I used two coats of this one with one coat of top coat for the photos. All of the glitters came out nicely and spread evenly on the nail except the large snowflake glitters. I got a a couple out randomly and fished the others out, but for large glitters like that it's not unusual at all and wasn't an issue.

Footprints in the Snow is described by the maker as "a baby blue crelly with bright blue micro shimmer/flakes, baby blue matte small hex, maroon matte dots and metallic small hex, classic gold medium dots and small hex." I used 3 light coats of this one alone and one coat of top coat. This is the only one of the collection that I actually had to fish for the larger circle glitters but no issues with formula at all.

All of the Lights is described by the maker as "a holiday glitter topper loaded with small and medium sized matte and metallic dots in green, red, turquoise, baby blue, magenta and silver all in a clear base packed with silver and turquoise flecks and shimmer. This topper also has matte baby blue small hex throughout." I layered one coat of this one over a plain red (Essence Do You Speak Love) with one coat of top coat for the photos. No issues at all. All the glitters came out of the bottle nicely and spread evenly on the nail.

And finally, Red Velvet Revolver. This one is described by the maker as "a red velvet or burgundy wine colored jelly with several sizes of gold holographic and regular metallic dots, small squares and hex plus sparse gold snow flakes. This polish is a jelly, so it's meant to look squishy and not be opaque. It shows so much depth with the jelly base and sparkly silver glitters. It can be worn on its own or layered over a dark red or black or worn alone with about 3 coats." I only used two coats of this one with one coat of top coat. No issues at all to report. The browny, purply red jelly is so sexy!

What do you think of these four? Of the entire collection? Which are your favorites? My overall favorite is You Can't Turn a Ho Lo Into a Housewife that I showed you yesterday. But what a diverse collection!
