Today I have a new-to-me brand to show you called Dear Rus. There are several different lines put out by Dear Rus and I have one of the Noblesse Gemstone Pearl polishes - a blue scattered holo - #17.

Dear Rus Noblesse Gemstone Pearl #17 is a medium blue scattered holo polish. The formula and application were good and I have no issues to report. When I first saw the bottles I was afraid I wouldn't like them because they were tall and skinny like Julep but these bottles, in addition to fitting together nicely because of the bottle shape, don't have that super long wand that hold too much polish on it. And the bottle is wider and heftier so I didn't feel like it was going to tip over on me.

I used 3 light coats of this one with no top coat for the photos.

As you can see, the holo is scattered and not strong at all, but that's fine with me because as you know I really like this type of finish. What do you think? Is it strong linear or nothing for you?
