I have a serious problem in that I am always looking for that NEW polish fix when I have so many lovely polishes languishing in the drawer...polish I love enough to save them from purges or the donation box. And yet I don't wear them!
So when Debbie over at The Crumpet put together the GOT Polish Challenge, I was all for it! GOT stands for Golden Oldie Thursday - we pull out a polish that's a year old or older that we haven't worn. This Thursday is PINK so I've pulled out a really pretty pink shimmer from Zoya called Lola.
And yes, I've been singing Barry Manilow all day. It ain't pretty up in here today unless you're deaf. And yes, I know all the words because, well, I was a teenager when Copa Cabana came out. #hurtstosayaloud
But the polish is gorgeous!
Continued after the jump...
Lola is a bright barbie pink with tons of shimmer that really makes it glow. Two coats, no top coat. No issues to report at all. Great formula.
Artificial lighting...
Indirect natural lighting...
Be sure and check out all the other great GOT Polish manicures in the links below!

9th Jan - Pink
Open 2 - 16th January!
A reminder of the rules :
* the polish you use should be at least one year old
* if you haven't been a polishaholic that long, you can use the oldest polishes you have
* the polish should be previously used, but if you're stuck, you could free a yearling from Mount Untried (seriously, some of mine are reaching puberty out there)
* you can use more than 1 polish as long as it fits the theme and the rules

ReplyDeleteAh very cool! Wish I had seen this earlier as I just finished changing my mani, I broke out the old Zoya Charisma for some bright color during this "polar vortex" craziness. Technically not a true pink but sort of close?
