I'm excited to show you my first Philly Loves Lacquer polish that was my nail of the day today: 2 AM Coffee Run.

You know when people are contacting you to tell you about a polish because it seemed tailor-made for you, it must be good. And that's what happened with this one. Anyone who knows me or has been following me here for long knows I'm addicted to coffee, a subtle holo, browns and bacon. Well, there's no bacon in this, but it's definitely a trifecta!

And it's a cool-toned brown to boot! This one is part of Philly Loves Lacquer's Shopping Madness Trio.

2 AM Coffee Run is a stunning cool-toned dark brown creme with a subtle holo and a one-coat formula, if you wish. I used two coats here, but if I had been in a hurry, I could have done one coat and it would have still been perfect. I prefer this exact finish for this type of polish...it dries to a semi-gloss rather than a high gloss, but I do have photos with top coat to show you as well. Two coats and no top coat for most of the photos (except where indicated). I'm sorry the sun didn't make an appearance, but it's gorgeous with or without the sun.

It's like a perfectly rich, dark roast coffee.

If I'd ordered a custom, I couldn't have gotten a more perfect polish for me - for my personal taste! What do you think? Does it call to you like it does to me?
