Young Turks

Young Turks is one of the new polishes in the Spring 2014 collection from Colors by Llarowe launching (for pre-order) Friday, February 28, 2014. Over the coming days and weeks, I'll have more from this collection to show you.

Young Turks is a bright turquoise linear holo - like a really STRONG linear holo - with a lime green flash. It's opaque enough for one coat if you use a medium coat but I used two light coats and no top coat for the photos. It's not super shiny when it dries, but I actually prefer it that way. (You can see that in the indirect lighting photos.) One coat of top coat takes care of that without diminishing the holo effect. Photos are all with 2 light coats and no top coat. No issues at all with formula or application. It went on like a dream.

What do you think? This seems to be the runaway favorite and I must admit it's definitely eye-popping!
