Happy Monday! (she said sarcastically) But no really, it's sort of happy because I have a new-to-me indie brand to show you today called Fandom Cosmetics. And by fandom, I mean they are truly fans of each and every book/movie/series from which they draw inspiration. It's clear in this first one I have to show you called Always. Who can every forget the way Alan Rickman says "Always" in Deathly Hallows?
If you're a fan, you'll not only remember this scene, but you probably know it verbatim. Or maybe that's just me?
And with that, I show you the ethereal patronus-like polish called Always.
After the jump, that is...
Always is a sheer white jelly with enough blue shimmer that it reads blue - seriously a LOT of blue shimmer! In addition it has blue and gold holo micro-glitter. And check out the patronus on the bottle - a doe, of course! I used 3 light coats of this one with one coat of top coat for the photos. It's just a smidge on the thick side but not problematic at all. Self-leveling. Glitters spread evenly on the nail.

I have a few more of these to show you, but I've started with one that is close to my Potter-loving heart. What do you think? Just as a side note, the customer service I experienced with Fandom Cosmetics was really fantastic.
You can purchase this polish, as well as any of their many lacquers and nail decals, in the Fandom Cosmetics shop here. Polishes retail for $8.95 for full-sized bottles and $4.50 for minis. This is one of the Harry Potter collection, of course, and is available now. You can also follow them via Facebook for more news and information.
