Strutter #23
I'm back with another one of Dance Legend's WOW Prisms! This time, it's a bright green called Strutter #23.

Strutter is a bright green glass fleck/micro-flake holo that has a teal-leaning base in some lighting. On the nail it mostly ready a gorgeous bright green though. This one is hard to capture for me. No issues at all with formula or application at all. Two coats and one coat of top coat for the photos.
