piCture pOlish: Blue Dog, Eerie, Storm and Color Storm - Swatches and Review

*These products are Cruelty Free

Back as promised with swatches of the two beauties I used for my NOTD nail art today: Blue Dog and Eerie and for company, they've brought along Storm and Color Storm for the party!

Continued after the jump...

Blue Dog is a collaboration polish created with Kelly of Vampy Varnish. I'll let you head over there to check out her full inspiration but in one word...SHARK! It's a deep blue/grey loaded with translucent, blue and violet micro-flakes and shimmer. Perfect formula with smooth and easy application. Two coats and one coat of top coat for the photos.

Eerie is a collaboration polish created with Very Emily who is a  photographer in Belgium - you can go check out her inspiration when you have time at the link above. This one is a gorgeous dusty lavender/periwinkle shade. Just a great mix of pale cornflower blue and dusty lavender and it's loaded with the famous piCture pOlish "bijou" holo which is a tightly scattered holo along with what appear to be pale violet micro-flecks or flakes. Harder for me to capture in photos. Perfect formula. Two smooth coats with one coat of top coat for the photos.

Storm is a clear-based glitter topper with matte white hex  glitters in various sizes. Perfectly suspended in the base - no issues to report at all. Here I've layered 1 coat over Blue Dog with one coat of top coat.

Color Storm is a clear-based glitter topper with various sizes of hex glitters in red, yellow, blue, light blue, plum, violet pink and white. Same formula as Storm - no issues at all. One coat over Eerie and one coat of top coat.

What do you think of these four? Favorite? Well I liked the glitter toppers just fine because the formulas are good. And I loved Eerie because it's just a super gorgeous and universally flattering shade. But Blue Dog blew my MIND! The color, flakes, everything - just blended together perfectly.
