Heavenly Waters
Heavenly Waters is a part of Different Dimension's Cosmologically Speaking Collection and it's a gorgeous "TARDIS blue" linear holographic polish. It's such a great blue I thought it went well with the TARDIS and since the new season of Doctor Who is getting into full swing now, it only seemed fitting to pair them up.
No issues with formula or application at all. Smooth and easy. I used 2 coats and no top coat for the photos.
What do you think? This one is a must have for me. The blue is just perfect.

OMG!!!! This is perfect!! I'm a new WHOVIAN but I'm utterly addicted. I'm still reeling from the end of Season 2 but I love David Tennant so much I'm anxious to get caught up! I bought my first TARDIS item this weekend, an ornament from Books A Million. Here I thought polish was a money pit, Doctor Who merch is another one!!
