Tonight I have a stunning polish to show you and I'll tell you right now, it's one of the contenders for the "Best Polish of 2014" post I'll be doing next month.
And it's a thermal. I like thermals ok, but I don't generally LOVE them. Famous last words. It's Fancy Gloss Feeling Vampy and it is awesome.
Fancy Gloss Lacquer
Feeling Vampy
And I have a mini-wear test as well.
Continued after the jump...
Feeling Vampy is a thermal polish with holo shimmer that is a deep oxblood red when cold and a grey-based taupy brown when warm. Two of my favorite shades and they go so well together. The formula was smooth and easy and I had no issues. This one does dry to a semi-matte so you will need a top coat to bring out the beauty. I used two coats with one coat of top coat.
Cold
Transitioning...
Below, I've dipped my ring finger in hot water so you could see the full hot and full cold side by side. This photo was also taken after 4 days of wear. It's almost like I'm wearing a gel on my nails. As you can see, only very minor tip wear and it still looks like I just did them.
This one gets both thumbs up from me. And all 8 fingers. What do you think?
The Fancy Gloss site is in vacation mode as I write this but it re-opens November 20th (tomorrow) at 7 pm Central. Check and like the Fancy Gloss Facebook page and Instagram as well to see the new shades coming out and for more swatches.
You can also purchase Fancy Gloss at Llarowe, where I bought mine!

This is gorgeous! Definitely need this one!
ReplyDeleteWow-- I've been wearing a lot of red browns alternating with treys and taupes--- now in one and the same polish? So tempting..
ReplyDeleteI can see why <3 I've got it too and it's amazing!
ReplyDeleteI was a bit disappointed with its brother Dark Knight, though. Unfortunately the one I've received was already dead :( just a veeeeery slight thermal effect, barely noticeable.
Pity they all are going to die!
