Good morning! Today I have a Girly Bits polish to show you, created with the lovely Phyrra for her 7th blog anniversary! It's called Defying Gravity. This one was released in June and widely available in July, I believe. It's currently in stock at Girly Bits in Canada and at several stock lists.

Defying Gravity definitely pulls to the violet side of purple for me, possibly because of my pale, cool-toned skin. It has turquoise shimmer and holographic sparkle. I kept looking at all the swatch photos and at my bottle thinking my camera wasn't capturing it correctly, but these photos are how it really looks on me, so it must be my skin tone. Regardless, I'm loving it because it's totally "my" color. I used 2 coats and one coat of top coat for the photos and have no issues at all to report.

What do you think? have you been able to grab this one yet? I love how prominent the blue/teal/turquoise shimmer is - it really pulls the color to another level.
