Well I can't tell you how happy I am that the holidays are OVAH. I'm just too lazy for them! Or too old. Well, that's not entirely true. About 3 days before Christmas, I get into "the frenzy" and start baking and getting excited. It's just never a great time for me. Next time I'm going to start getting excited earlier! Nonetheless, I'm glad they're over and our bright new year is starting with more bright new polish!

Test Shaft 09

Test Shaft 09 - January Duo is a bright atomic orange creme and a clear-based topper full of flaky goodness.

Zulu Bunsen - this is the atomic orange creme. Smooth and creamy. I used 3 thin coats but 2 normal coats will do the trick. Super bright and dries to a high shine on its own but I used one coat of top coat to protect it. It was hard to capture the brightness - it's practically neon.

Moon Rock Dust - this is the clear-based flake topper with a mix of holographic, platinum and gold flakes with iridescent orange and purple glitters and violet shimmer. I used one coat over Zulu Bunsen and then of course I always have to show these over black. It's a thing I can't help. One coat of top coat.

What do you think? For me, the violet and iridescent components of Moon Rock Dust really make it for me. And Zulu Bunsen is BAM!
