*waves* Hi everyone! It's time once again for the quarterly Créme á la Mode Box! And Spring has sprung!

This is the Spring Créme á la Mode box featuring 4 new creme polishes from four lovely indie brands – Indigo Bananas, Literary Lacquers, Octopus Party Nail Lacquer and Digital Nails. And the names of these had me cracking up! And all 4 dry to a super high shine. In fact all of my swatches are without top coat so you can see that.

Digital Nails Water You Wading For - this one is HARD to capture properly and is a bit more dusty and a bit more purple than my photos show. It's still bright and very saturated - almost like a deep periwinkle. Two coats and no top coat for the photos. I had to use my cell phone to get as close as possible on the color. Nichole had better luck capturing this one: Bedlam Beauty.

Indigo Bananas - Smoke on the Otter - *giggle* This one is a very light grey and depending on your skin tone, almost a putty shade. Smooth and easy creamy application. Two coats and no top coat. I'll be using this as a base for nail art a lot I think. I use OPI My Vampire is Buff a lot now but it's warm-leaning while this is cool-leaning, which I prefer. Plus the formula is awesome.

And speaking of using this as a base for nail art...

I used all 4 shades here for a quick and easy spray marble. Talk about perfect for Easter - and just Spring in general!

Literary Lacquer Salmon Chanted Evening - This one is a bright (brighter than I could show in artificial lighting) salmon/peach/coral and while it has more of a crelly formula, it applies beautifully and is opaque in 2 coats. I used 2 coats and no top coat.

Octopus Party Nail Lacquer The Algae-Atic Sea - This one is a very bright jade green - unbelievably shiny and even brighter in person. It reminds me of JADEITE! It even has that super shiny it's almost like I can see inside it quality like jadeite. Two coats and no top coat for the photos.

The box will be available for pre-order at the Créme á la Mode shop here starting Sunday, March 27 and goes through Sunday, April 3. Retails for $26 plus shipping!
